I had the honor of presenting and facilitating a drumming circle at the Alaska Suicide Prevention Youth Summit. There I shared community can be created in a drumming circle. In the circle, we are not alone. In the circle, we create community, creativity, have a voice, we are seen and share our spirits through the drums and rhythms.
